Working principle
Due to the gravity of the material itself and the rotation of the screw feeder, the meat grinder continuously sends the material to the cutting edge for crushing. Because the pitch of the spiral feeder should be smaller at the back than at the front, but the diameter of the spiral shaft is larger at the back than at the front, this creates a certain squeezing force on the material, forcing the ground meat to be discharged from the holes on the grid.

1. After unpacking the machine, it should be placed in a stable and spacious place

Check if the appearance has been damaged due to transportation. 4. Check if there are any substances other than meat added to the machine's inlet and outlet. 5. Before using this machine, please make sure to connect the ground wire to ensure safe use.
Attention: The installation and wiring of this device should be carried out by qualified and skilled technicians.
6. Confirm if the power cord used is damaged.
7. Twist the power switch to confirm if the machine rotates smoothly. 8. From the feeding port, the direction of the winch shaft should be to the left. 9. Push the raw materials in the material into the feeding port with a safety rod, tighten the locking handle, and start production. 10. After the meat grinding work is completed, press the close button to stop the motor.

Check if the meat grinder is wrapped in meat tendons.
The blade of the cutter becomes less sharp after prolonged use, please grind the cutter.
